Position Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Director of Project Management / Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Budget & Timeline: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Risk Management: Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Track project milestones and deliverables, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified in a related field.
  • [3-5]+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
